The nuance worth knowing: Ocean Ridge's barrier island directly abuts Briny Breezes -- a separately incorporated, all-mobile-home cooperative town of roughly 600 people wedged onto the same short strip of coast between Ocean Ridge and Gulf Stream. It's exactly the kind of hyper-local detail that matters when you're scanning listings along A1A and trying to figure out which town an address is actually in -- Ocean Ridge, Briny Breezes, and Gulf Stream all sit within a few blocks of each other here.

Single-family homes in Ocean Ridge typically start around the high six figures to low seven figures and climb from there, with direct oceanfront and Intracoastal-front properties at the top of the range. Inventory is limited given how built-out the town already is, so timing tends to matter more here than in larger markets nearby.
