Home Mortgages
Conventional, FHA, VA and jumbo financing for primary residences and second homes — on this coast, most purchase prices land in jumbo-loan territory, which changes both the qualifying process and the shopping strategy.
Investment Property Mortgages
Different qualifying rules and rate structure than a primary home. DSCR (debt-service coverage ratio) loans, popular with out-of-state and international investors, qualify off the property's rental income rather than personal income.
Commercial Loans
